ah I wish he had foam....they used to make it in marlborough 10 years ago in
4x4x10 foot blocks. it was a process of fill it with beads of the stuff and
then steam heat and hydraulic cylinders moved the ends in for pressure. I
used to help them keep the hot wire saw going. If the wire isnt clean it
will not work right. I will be over to the gararge where they do a lot of
truck tires and see what i can find for tubes. Maybe we could just make a
strait-walled (like a hat box to fill) hold it till it cures. I got a couple
projects that must be done then I will be back to this project. I'm disabled
so time should be on my side but it isn't. cul...brian
