Ken,
Before I give you a table of dimensions, let me ask how you intend to make
the form.
Do you have access to CNC machining, a CNC lathe, 3-D printing, or some
other automated fabrication method that can work directly from a CAD file?
If so, what file format would be most useful to you? For example, STEP,
STL, DXF, or another format required by your equipment or CAD/CAM software.
The trumpet profile is mathematically defined, so rather than having you
manually lay out the curve, we should be able to generate the actual CAD
geometry for the form. That would also give us a precisely documented
geometry for the experiment.
Once I know what fabrication method and file format you can use, I can work
out the dimensions with you and provide the appropriate model or
machine-ready geometry.
I think that would be preferable to deciding how to construct the form
before knowing what equipment you have available.
