Here is some more reading. Actually a lot. But well worth it. Took me a bit
to find it again. I have read this before quite a few years ago. Just
started to remember about this great info, and did some searching and found
it again.

Some of the best info, all in one place, that I have ever found.

I don't think there was a link to this anywhere within the other links
posted above by others, I looked again, well fairly quickly, did not
see...if I missed it, my mistake...but this would be a better direct link
to again the best "one stop" place for great info in my opinion.
