Hello Dan,
Those entries are for a ribbon-style primary coil (a flat strip of copper or aluminum). See the below link for an example.

If your primary coil is using round tubing rather than a flat strip, simply leave them empty. Also make sure "Round" is selected instead of "Ribbon" at the top, under "Primary Wire Type".
