Unfortunately not, The issue is each cap effectively has a DC blocking cap in series with it.  So you won't dissipate any charge build up on the individual caps.-JaySent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

On The MMC I am building it will difficult, not impossible,to do this.
