In case you've not seen this semi-animated kids Halloween movie,it takes place in Wardenclyffe, New York and within the first minutethe movie scans past a tall statue of Nikola Tesla ( holding his Tower ) .
The plot revolves around a re-animated evil ventriloquist's dummyusing the 'Wardenclyffe Tesla Facility' to radiate his 'magical' powers
to bring to life the town's the Halloween displays ..
There is a significant amount of time spent on describing Tesla and his goal of radiating electrical energy that it might inspire some
young people to do some research on Him and his Work ..
