Hello list,
What do you say about using a lexan (polycarbonate) enclosure around a
rotary spark gap? Lexan blocks UV rays, handles heat well, and is also
impact resistant. Seems like a great way to protect your eyes and also
serve as a scatter-shield in case things come unglued. Also, the prices
seem cheap for stock material. I am thinking 1/2" should work. What do you
think?
