Hello Dan, I live in a suburban area with houses all around me. I have a deep lot though with a workshop. I have several coils of different types. My largest is 8.6" powered by a pole transformer which has to be operated outdoors. It puts out 8 foot streamers on 4.8 KVA. My neighbors love my high voltage stuff. Several times a year I invite the neighborhood to my backyard for a mini-teslathon. There is usually about 50 people in attendance. I also run it on Halloween where I get several hundred spectators over the night. Nothing but good experiences for me even right in the middle of the suburbs. The key is to get your neighbors on-board. So I'd love to hear some of your interesting experiences with neighbors and gawkers! Any positive or negative experiences to share? ~Dan Kansas City area _______________________________________________ Tesla mailing list Tesla@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://www.pupman.com/mailman/listinfo/tesla _______________________________________________ Tesla mailing list Tesla@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://www.pupman.com/mailman/listinfo/tesla
