I looked at that. I also have the Powerstat catalog. I knew that they had a 40 volt model, and I think even a 28 volt model, but the model number in the catalog did not match mine. I suspect that mine is a 40 volt model of some kind. I just don't know why the model number doesn't show up anywhere unless it is a custom unit. I even have a vintage Powerstat catalog and it doesn't show up in there either.
