For my 833A-based VTTC which I am building, do I need to provide some means of adjusting the coupling between the primary and secondary? My primary consists of 27 turns, the bottom 9 of which can be tapped for tuning. The tapped turns are at the bottom. The secondary will be 949 turns. I plan on having the bottom of the secondary coil winding even with the bottom of the primary winding. If I need a method to adjust coupling, my proposed method would be some sort of mechanism to raise the secondary.
