Hi Dave; The dimmer is set to [Just on] or minimum. some times it must be turned up a little to start the coils but then back to minimum to run. So far the line filter is working fine, I will know for sure, I guess, when I get a -backfire- that blows the 10 amp fuses.

Looks like it runs well, and you did a robust build on your line filter.

What percentage of output was the light dimmer set at?

I assume you have had no feedback problems into the house wiring?
