Fyi I was at axman on University in Saint Paul today and they had a couple
of items of note:
2xNeon 'Transformer' 2000-3000V. I think these are switched though.
(untested not sure of price but they looked newish).
A giant, old-school hexagonal 30A variac tested working $95 (needs a clean
but movement felt smooth)
I would have snagged the variac myself but I already have one.
They also had a cheap looking small Wimshurst but would not sell it to me.
