From Kelly Someone asked about the camera, it's a Canon Rebel T3 with whatever lens came with it (I'll check), no UV filter. ISO 6400, f stop as small as the camera will allow (varies by lighting conditions) usually but not always 1/3 sec shutter. Continuous shutter, I used a cable remote shutter that can lock, locked it so that the camera is basically taking repeated shots until I turn it off. On some of the photos the streamers seem to have bright sections along them. Do you have any explanation for that? The reason, that I ask is because the currents, which would cause a bright section, should have some distributed endpoints in order to have some capacitance.
