[TCML] Capacitor size needed

Hey guys just a quick question for my MMC bank. I've got a new 15kv 30ma NST. Doing some numbers and I come up with a capacitance value of 0.0053. My caps are .15uf @ 2kv each. If I used 21 in series I believe that would put me right at the .0053capacitance. Question is though should I go a little over or under that value?
