Looks like you really have it going on :)
My only concern in that list was the 30kv power supply. Is that an rms value? If so your going to have a lot of corona problems.
Unless you already thought of that.
Also what's your capacitance?

Heres what I have
12"X56" secondary wrapped with 20ga.
3/8 Cu primary 17 turns
Polepig seriesed for 30KV output
Inductor set at 60A
Maxwell Caps seriesed for 250KV
Toroid 14"X60"
rotory gap with tungsten electrodes @ 1800rpm ( not 1760)
safety gap
Power Supply is
4 1256D series/paralelled for 280VAC at 100A
now to get this thing up and running....
