Hi Matt, I don't want to pick a fight but maybe a vote would indeed be the best... unfortunately this is one of those issues which don't have a solution that will please everyone. The problem isn't having to click reply to all, is remembering to click reply to all. It's hard to remember for those that subscribe to many mailing lists, because this isn't the default/expected behavior.
