New here...

I plan on building a desktop coil and am looking for a 4 kV, 20 to 30 ma model.  I found this one on ebay and am wondering if it’s a good place to start.  It’s an Actown indoor gas tube transformer model FG-4046.  Date of manufacturer:  01/18/02.  What do you guys think?
