Syd Klinge uses a ?100kVA DC system He had a single coil for RF blocking which can be seen near his rectifier on one photo (like 6inches by 1-2 feet.) He didn't use a charging reactor.

For 3rd rectifier im planning to ground the negative side of HV DC
line to transformer case through 100nF-1µF capacitor and also have
similar capacitor between HV+ and HV-. Does this make sense? I tried
searching but there is not whole lot regarding DC coils.

Anyone got better ideas?
