Sorry.. "currents of death" are not covered by that standard..
As a practical matter, to my recollection there are no peer-reviewed
controlled studies that show any adverse effects from low frequency or
DC fields.
Lots of stuff showing correlation (at some level) between living in
areas with low average income or low land value and incidence of all
manner of disease. Also lots of stuff showing some correlation between
occupations that are exposed to electric fields (and also a variety of
organic solvents) and chronic disease.
