[TCML] capacitance formulae

For simple models, it's been popular to use Medhurst's approximation for the capacitance of the secondary.

I ran across a more detailed (and recent) report on other formulae which may be useful. They were specifically looking at cylinders above a ground plane (e.g. antennas) that are small compared to wavelength (aha, a TC secondary!).

Approximate Capacitance Formulas for Electrically Small Tubular Monopole Antennas
David Rivera, John Casey
NUWC-NPT Technical report 10,817
19 January 1995

It has comparisons of the various formulas from Grover, etc., and figures out where the various approximations start to have more error. Quite a useful document.
