[TCML] CHEAP LC METER

   Don''t remember if anyone has posted this here but won't hurt to do 
it again.  Performance about same as my $130 AADE and a whole lot 
cheaper.  Delivery took about 2 weeks but might be longer. Recommend it 
tl all.

Just got one, works fine for L and C [no resistance].  Good value for 
the price.  Delivery for mine took about 2 weeks.
