I have some Tesla-handy materials for sale.

35KVDC-rated 16-gauge stranded wire.  Has a very thick white silicone
jacket.  Similar in appearance to this wire:

5KVAR 240VAC 3-Phase Power Factor Correction Capacitors.  Aerovox model
AMP0005D35.  May be used for their intended purpose, or wired into a single
phase circuit, yielding 345uF.  (One phase in parallel with the two other
phases in series.)  Similar in appearance to very large motor run
capacitors, not the heavier, welded-case models.  Included external
discharge resistors welded to the terminals.  Data on these caps may be

The price for the wire is $2/foot, and the capacitors are $20 each.

I will be adding listings for 10-lb spools of magnet wire, and some Litz
wire, as well.
