[TCML] Slightly OT, best semiconductor cross-reference sites

I know this is slightly OT, but it does apply to SSTC and PS work.  What are your favorite cross reference sites for semiconductor substitutions?  

For instance, I have a PS circuit which needs a new transistor, but I can only read part of the marking due to the magic smoke effect.  It is a _D434, which looks like a PNP transistor, but it's hard to know for absolute sure...  Thanks.
