Well, not "out of tune" but "untuned", which is a big difference. The
untuned method for SSTCs just means there is no primary capacitor, which
reduces the system to single resonant, which has fairly significant
implications (that im not going to get into now). Just wanted to avoid any
mis-conceptions about SSTCs having primary circuits that are deliberately
"out of tune".
