Gates -

Your eBay auction description of the "SSTC spark gap" shows it to be one of 
Mark Dunn's SISG boards, but missing the IGBTs.

Since the original cost of the entire assembly (printed circuit board, plus 
all components INCLUDING the IGBTs) was less than $83, why does the auction 
description state that the cost of the parts was "over $200"?

Was this a typographic error, or are there additional parts included that 
are not listed in the auction description?
