[TCML] Renamed to "sealed secondary ends"
You mean seal the secondary interior via tight-fitting end caps? I've never heard that suggested or mentioned.
I have heard some suggest that interior arcing might be diminished if tight-fitting baffle disks are glued in several places along the secondary interior, but if one observes simple rules about not ever allowing the wire into the interior, that should not be necessary either.
