Re: [TCML] Pole Pig Cap
Why not use the roll of wire as a ballast as is? I've heard of folks using 500' spools of wire as ballasts without any additional effort. Simply hook up a Jacob's Ladder (climbing arc) and measure current draw. You may already have what you need.
