Probably not a simple or fast process, but I suspect it would be
cheaper than having your own wire manufactured.
Cheaper, perhaps (but not if your time is worth anything).. wire
companies do insulating as a standard process.
It's fairly simple process, but one that has a lot of "art"... you'd
spend a fair amount of time working out the process details: what to use
for doing the coating, how fast to run the wire through the bath or
drench, how long to let it dry/cure, etc
