[TCML] stuck at 36"

Thanks everyone for the response.I have tried several things with my spark gap including fewer electrodes,blowing compressed air and adjusting gap width .   No apparent  improvement. I have a fairly high volocity fan installed should be good.On the note of MMC capsI am a bit confused.There are various ideas on what capacitors should be used .How much $ does it cost to build a cap bank to fit my system?.Can it be built to be used@xxxxx and 12kv or is it one or the other?.Where can I buy the componants and schematic?.I can put it togather but sourcing the parts is a bit confusing.Ebay has many differant types.All claim to be ok for tesla work.That adds to my confusion.I can build another plate cap with 10"x12"x32plates with.060 HDPE for about 45$ It sounds like the MMC would be somthing to consider depending upon cost      Any help thankful
