I have never tried that program I used to use a program called integrated
Engineering Software called Magneto when I was designing coils and
transformers for industrial applications. And another one that was pretty
good was OPS or optimized program service they have some really nice
software however it does not give you the EM like Ansoft Maxwell or any of
the others it is basically for turns count core size, thermals.etc but it
works really good but very expensive as you really only rent the software by
the month.
