I had the same problem but I fixed it somehow, do you use a program 
(Thunderbird/Outlook) or do you just log into Gmail? If you use 
Thunderbird, set your POP Gmail settings (online) to retrieve all mail 
(whether it has been read or not, and to delete it after download is 
complete, that way gmail cannot register it as a duplicate, this seems 
to be working so far, but it removes all the messages stored online) If 
you do not use Thunderbird, I wish you good luck, your messages are 
getting through it seems, but I don't know how to help you fix your mail 
delivery problem!
