[TCML] Tesla 40 meters cw transmitter

Dear All ,

I am preparing myself to wireless exams and I learned that it is not cheap
to transmit cw to usa or japan from istanbul.
I am an archaeologist and love interesting technologies.
I need 20 watts or less power 40 meters cw transmitter !
Is it possible to construct it with tesla method ?
And I need your help for how to .
