If the below were true, then light bulbs would be flipping breakers
all the time. The last time I turned a 100 Watt light bulb on, I
don't remember the breaker flipping. I just measured 9.4 Ohms cold
on a 100 Watt bulb. That would limit the inrush to about13 Amps
A light bulb would be the best thing to use, and cheapest.
