He indicated that his coupling was "within" 0.002 of the recommended, not actually 0.002. I remembering looking at his coupling during his original specs and it looked good.

JAVATC will give you a recommended coeff of coupling, then you have to move
the pri inner radius, R1, in or out to adjust for best/recommended k value.
