[TCML] I: wire connection

Hi Steve,
 
A friend of mine, on italian teslacoil list, want to build your sstc2.
On schematic 2 the timing pin of TL494 is connected via resistor divider
and trimmer at a point called: "BRv+" but there is not (also in the
other schematics) the correspondent point to connect this wire. I think
that has to be connected at positive of full bridge after the envelope
diode (half wave)
to have a modulation of frequency and stabilize the working point vs
power cycle. Is this correct?
