Dan,

I've had great results with a 60 tooth blade on my 10" saw. I use an 80
tooth blade on my 12" saws. Both are carbide and used only for cutting
Phenolic and plastic so they stay sharp (no wood or Al; I keep a second
set for those)

Just acquired a truckload of this stuff from a surplus auction and
