I like it! Good idea!I also wanted to point out that encasing the primary in plexiglas is very helpful. I haven't used a complete encasement, but I do use a plexiglas cover which overhangs the primary on my 4.5" coil and it seems to be very helpful to prevent primary strikes (but the arc does find it's way to the primary connecting wire now and then).
