Hi all,
I did not know that this article was not free. I did not have to log
on or buy anything, but I accessed this through a campus based server,
so I guess there is an automatic logon I was not aware of?
The article is almost 6 mb, though if anyone really wants it I can
probably just email it to you directly. I don't think there are any
issues with this approach since you could theoretically get it for
free through an interlibrary loan. There is alot of detail in the
article many probably would not be interested in, but it is an
excellent reference. Contact me off-list if interested.
