[TCML] direction of windings

Thanks to all who responded to my spark gap question.  I am 
enlightened.  Now I wonder if the direction of the primary winding and the
secondary winding should be the same... i.e. if  one is clockwise viewed 
from one end should the other be clockwise viewed from that end?
