Alan-

The phase adjusting variac is a Staco Type 291, 3A, 120V, .4kVA unit.
The phase adjusting cap is 5 uF 370VAC typical metal can.
The run cap is a 2.5uF, typical metal can, came with the motor.
    The motor is marked "X7807-202V 120V 50/60Hz .35A 2.5uF LOT
03225210 Z.P." I'm guessing "Z.P." might mean "Impedance Protected"? Coulda swore
it said "1500/1800 RPM" somewhere, but now that it's mounted I can't seem to
find that marking.
    Good luck!
