And, from a technical standpoint, the report isn't
credible.  "cutting of police communications for miles" would require
a heck of a lot more RF power than even a BIG tesla coil (we're
talking 13M scale here) would put out.


Of course it's not credible, but when has that ever stopped the Feds or
even local police and politicians from getting things outlawed. Those
who want everyone protected from "dangerous stuff" will never
challenge the credibility. We are all in danger of losing the hobby
from this kind of crap.
