A couple weeks ago you wrote "I am thinking the DigiKey#

next month.  I'll have to grab one to test... 1200V with diode and a 
really high power dissipation (big package) to indicate they are 
using big die is what is needed."

Did you get some to test, or do you still plan to?  How do you test 
IGBTs?  I, and no doubt others, would be interested in the results.

We definitely need a source of inexpensive silicon if we are going to 
stack 10 or more of them in series ala SISG.
