Keep in mind this is NOT a high voltage oil.  It is designed for high 
current EDM applications usually which operate around 1,000 VDC.

Transformer oil is tested at 30 kV, 60 HZ, for 1 minute at 1 cm spacing in a 
standard dielectric "test cup".
