Easy!  Assuming that you're referring to using chokes in a transformer
protection circuit, employing chokes there have gone the way of
blood-letting and leeches in medical treatments.  What was once believed
to be the best practice has since been shown to cause more problems than
they solve.  Instead, use R-C networks to protect the NST.
