I have a number of old NIM bin modules and CAMAC crate components 
without documentation.  Many of the manufacturers are out of business or 
want crazy money for copies of docs on obsolete items.  (Canberra quoted 
me $125 for a manual copy on an ADC NIM bin module that I bought for 
$25.00.)

Even though the Cornell Synchrotron lab 40 miles from me once used 
thousands of NIM bin and CAMAC items, they have ditched both the 
equipment and the docs that went with it.

Can anyone suggest any newsgroups that might be useful for exchange of 
docs on old equipment like this?
