Thanks for the reply about the ballast for MOT

It is very useful to have a practical solution - but, from the Uni's, 
I expected a guide as to how to work it out for my self ... or ANY reply

I do appreciate your response an all the time you devote to pupman 
generally..... it's a pity , Dr  R you are in the USA or I would 
suggest you for a Royal Honour next year ( you'd meet the Queen and 
every thing ;)  what do you fancy Sir Resonance or Lord Resonance?)
