wrong paper. if u will look up a RSI pub: J.L.Reed, "Greater voltage gain for Tesla transformer accelerators," (Oct. 1988). the coupling method is good for any k u want. if u want to put in 0.12 fine; if u want to put in a k that is patently silly u can do that with the method also.
