RE: [TCML] Oil insulated coils
I lost the info, but there was/is a coiler down in Texas , (Dave ? ), that had an 8" sec. coil that he was pumping like 10-12kw into , but had creepage disks installed on the sec. ,...... very long sparks :-) and all but eliminated the 'racing sparks' !........
not fluid i know, but, another way to get tighter coupling ?? Hek, i dunno !
