Does anyone know if it is possible to intergrate a GFI into the 
primary of a pig ? I know some distribution Transformers seem to have 
thier own, breakers or GFIs. Last year a Squirrel climbed up on our 
distribution transformer and hit the HV bushing. The Squirrel died of 
course but only had two small burns, one on it's feet and one on the 
nose. They were very superficial. This knocked out our power and the 
local power company had to come and reset the breaker / GFI. In the 
past I have seen Squirres explode when they contacted the HV bushing. 
Does anyone have any Idea of what the power companies are using as 
lnterruptors ?
