I can machine it for you.  Get the copper and send me a chunk of it.

It's much cheaper though to just use a steel egg and have it plated at a local plating company. That's what we did with our "egg" We made ours more into a sphere shape with an elongated axis.

That sounds like a very difficult job and also quite expensive - what does that copper cost? Be mighty heavy too - I would think a hollow shell would be much better. Must be a better way...........
